Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: sales operations leadership and/or a real-estate–adjacent leadership role.
• Licensing: must obtain unrestricted California Real Estate License within 120 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Manage and approve associate timekeeping; assist with associate scheduling.
• Meetings & motivation: coordinate meetings, agendas, attendance, materials.
• Goal support: administrative support for goal-setting activities and dashboards.
• Document preparation: complete transaction-related documents under broker supervision.
• Document handling & delivery: obtain required signatures and manage delivery of materials.
• Trust funds processing: record and provide receipts for trust funds.
• Scheduling & coordination: arrange meetings between licensees and principals/parties.
• Boundaries: follow broker directives and comply with CA real estate regulations.
