Discern in Sacramento, CA is building a modern registered agent and entity management platform. The role blends operations with customer-facing duties, reporting to the Senior Corporate Specialist and collaborating with the operations team.

The successful candidate will manage onboarding, client relationships, and California filings, handle service of process, and contribute feedback to the product roadmap from real-world operations.

Formación

• Be operationally focused and customer-facing minded.
• Comfortable fulfilling duties of a commercial registered agent in California.
• Has a valid US driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain client relationships during onboarding and post-onboarding.
• Prepare, review, and submit corporate filings, ensuring acceptance across jurisdictions (California focus).
• Communicate with state jurisdictions via email and phone.
• Receive and process Service of Process for Discern customers in California.
• Collaborate with other departments and influence the product roadmap with real-world feedback.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities through customer support.
