Compass is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager in California to oversee the agent experience for regional marketing. You’ll lead a team of Marketing Advisors, driving strategies that grow agents’ businesses and handling high-level requests in collaboration with Marketing Leadership.

You will mentor your team, monitor OCRs and metrics, and partner with senior leadership to enhance agent resources in a luxury real estate environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years previous experience in a marketing or branding role; agency and creative production experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of people management experience with a proven track record building and scaling teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and acute attention to detail.
• Expert-level understanding of marketing strategy and planning across multiple channels.
• Experience in real estate marketing or with a luxury brand is a plus.

• Hire, manage, and retain a top-notch team of Marketing Advisors for regional marketing needs.
• Mentor your team across marketing disciplines to serve customers effectively.
• Coach strategies to drive business growth and optimize project management workflows.
• Surface customer feedback and proposed strategies to Marketing Leadership.
• Maintain day-to-day marketing operations in partnership with leadership.
• Monitor OCRs and key metrics to drive improvements and action plans.
• Build relationships with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders.
• Inspire the team as a culture carrier and change agent.
