Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Tour Guide in California to welcome guests, verify appointments, and support the guest journey. You will manage check-in setup, coordinate with licensed Real Estate Agents, and maintain CRM records while remaining non-sales in scope.

On-the-job training includes pre-licensing coursework and support toward obtaining a California Real Estate License, with potential transition into a licensed Sales Associate role and career growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain a California Real Estate License within six months.
• Customer service, hospitality, retail or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Experience using computers, tablets, and digital apps.
• Professional presence with hospitality and guest relations skills.
• Education experience may be substituted where legally allowed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and owners with a warm, professional, hospitality-focused experience.
• Verify guest identities and confirm scheduled presentation appointments.
• Maintain accurate guest information and records within the CRM system.
• Prepare presentation areas, including A/V equipment and materials.
• Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate a seamless handoff to licensed Real Estate Agents for presentations.
• Complete admin tasks, compliance training, and team meetings.
• Support daily operations and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
