Job summary

Paycom in California seeks an experienced administrative specialist to review California and Nevada cases, enter data in the carrier system or Excel, and ensure rapid turnaround in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the Team Lead with pre-sale inquiries, provide excellent customer service to brokers, carriers and clients, and test underwriting system changes. Regular on-site attendance and overtime during peak months are required.

Computer literate: adapt to carrier software and internal software.
10 key, 45 WPM, Word and Excel.

Ability to interface with Brokers, Carriers and Clients in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Review and complete California and Nevada cases with accuracy in a fast paced environment.
Enter case into carrier’s online system if applicable or excel spreadsheet.
Meet 24 hour turn time on each case and pending items.
Assist Team Lead or Manager with Pre-Sale Questions or projects as needed.
Provide excellent Customer Service to internal and external customers.
Subject matter expert. Review and test underwriting system changes before they are implemented.
On-site regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.
Performs other business tasks or functions as assigned.
