Job summary

Paycom is seeking a detail-oriented Large Group Associate in Orange, CA to optimize processes and support the large group team. You will create and audit quote spreadsheets, assist with census conversions, and help ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.

You’ll develop SOPs, manage data uploads, and maintain documentation from brokers and carriers. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain quote comparison spreadsheets for internal and client use.
• Audit quote spreadsheets for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and support SOPs to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Assist with census data conversions and ensure data integrity.
• Support renewal processes and timely handling of client renewals.
• Oversee membership uploads and conduct data accuracy audits.
• Maintain organized documentation from brokers, carriers, and sales staff.
• Review each quote case daily and communicate status updates.
