Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a detail-oriented coordinator to review and finalize insurance-related cases for California and Nevada. The role requires accurate data entry into the carrier system or Excel, with a strict 24-hour turnaround time.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to liaise with brokers, carriers, and clients. Overtime is mandatory during peak volume periods; on-site attendance is expected.

Purpose of Position:Review Group applications by the Carrier’s guidelines and submit by the applicable deadlines.Follow up with Broker or Sales Office for pending items.Position requires mandatory overtime during months of heavy volume.Essential Functions:Review and complete California and Nevada cases with accuracy in a fast paced environmentEnter case into carrier’s online system if applicable or excel spreadsheetMeet 24 hour turn time on each case and pending itemsAssist Team Lead or Manager with Pre-Sale Questions or projects as neededProvide excellent Customer Service to internal and external customersSubject matter expert.
