Job summary

Paycom in California is seeking a Large Group Associate to maintain accurate quote spreadsheets and support data conversions. You will audit spreadsheets, develop SOPs, and manage census data integrity while communicating with brokers and sales staff.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. On-site or remote attendance may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, auditing, or related fields preferred.

• Insurance industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create Quote Comparison Spreadsheets for internal and client use.
• Audit and review quote comparison spreadsheets for accuracy.
• Develop and support SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Support census data conversions and data integrity.
• Assist with renewal processes and timely handling of client renewals.
• Oversee membership uploads and perform data audits.
• Document communications from brokers, carriers, and sales staff.
• Review quote processing daily and communicate status updates.
• Assist in benchmarking report creation and maintenance.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality (on-site or remote).
• Support problem resolution within the team.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
