Job summary

Organic Valley is seeking an Associate CALF Team Member for the Cashton facility, working 3 PM–11 PM, Monday through Friday. You will support the conversion and labeling lines for Ghee and cheese products, maintain sanitation, and operate equipment with safety and accuracy.

This hourly role includes a 3% annual bonus, shift premiums, and a comprehensive benefits package. The team emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to safely handle sanitation chemicals.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable with documenting information.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs for proper product conversion.
• Operate production equipment with attention to detail.
• Pack products, palletize, and ensure quality standards.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and areas as needed.
• Document all required information and work safely.
• Assist with general plant cleaning and other duties as assigned.
