Ornua in Hilbert, Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate to support plant efficiency, ensure product quality, and uphold safety and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work in a fast-paced cheese production environment with a focus on cleanliness and GMP.

The role requires rotating between production areas, weighing ingredients, loading equipment, packaging products, and adhering to HACCP standards. This is a full-time night shift position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Stand and walk for up to 10 consecutive hours.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Basic math skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between production areas to support operations.
• Open barrels, blocks, bags of cheese, and other ingredients.
• Weigh ingredients according to batch specifications.
• Package cheese into bags, boxes, and pallets for shipment.
• Load cheese and ingredients into processing equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and consistent performance.
