Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America in California is seeking a Production Worker for a PM shift with rotating days off. Responsibilities include monitoring curd pH, adding salt to tables, completing logs, and performing CIP on equipment while upholding GMP, HACCP and SQF standards.

Competitive pay of $24.00 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential for 6 PM–6 AM, overtime, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, life insurance, AD&D, STD/LTD, paid vacation, holidays and

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to follow safety, GMP and HACCP programs.
• Basic math experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor curd pH and ingredients.
• Add salt to tables.
• Complete production logs accurately.
• Perform CIP on tables as needed.
• Relieve cooker/molder operator as needed.
• Assist mold changes on RMC molds.
• Submit samples for lab testing.
• Maintain clean work area to 5S standards.
• Follow DFA GMP and safety policies.
