Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized individual with ability to multitask.
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, prepping sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Answer, report and follow GM's instructions.
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Ensure food comes out high quality, timely, and in sync.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive, professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure sanitary practices.
• Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
