Job summary

Off The Hook in Thibodaux, LA is seeking a Cook to set the tone in a fast-paced Cajun kitchen. You will ensure all dishes meet premium standards, stay organized, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities include cooking, prep work, food safety compliance, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals quickly. Must be at least 16, have 1 year of restaurant experience, and complete company training.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days and weekends.
• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
