Job summary

Hook & Reel is seeking a friendly, energetic Server to greet guests, answer questions about the menu, and provide accurate information on pricing and hours. You will balance bar and dining room orders, assist with side work, and maintain a clean, welcoming station.

A passion for world-class service and teamwork is essential. Candidates should have 1+ years of restaurant experience, valid food handlers and alcohol handlers certifications where applicable, and experience with POS systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant experience.
• Hold a valid State-Mandated Food Handlers Certification.
• Hold a valid State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification.
• Point-of-Sale systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and Hook & Reel brand.
• Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Listen attentively to guests to ensure correct orders.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Observe and monitor table turnover and seating.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality service and checking in.
