Job summary

Hook & Reel is looking for a friendly Server to join its fast-paced Cajun seafood brand. You will greet guests, explain menu items, take orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience with great hospitality.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of server experience, valid food and alcohol handling certifications, and solid communication and teamwork skills to keep guests satisfied from seating to departure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Server experience.
• Hold a valid State-Mandated Food Handlers Certification.
• Hold a valid State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification.
• Point-of-Sale systems experience.
• Strong communication and a passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and Hook & Reel brand.
• Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Listen attentively to guests to ensure correct orders.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, hospitality-focused attitude at all times.
• Be a team player, assisting other team members whenever needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
