MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Cage Supervisor to lead daily cage operations, ensure accurate, compliant financial transactions, and deliver outstanding guest service. You’ll supervise a team, balance banks, and enforce regulatory compliance while supporting MGM Rewards programs.

The role requires at least 2 years of cash-handling or customer-service experience, a High School diploma (or GED), and a willingness to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in cash handling or customer service.
• Prior experience as a cage cashier is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily cage operations by monitoring quality standards, delegating tasks, running shift reports, and approving transactions.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints; assist with MGM Rewards programs and member requests.
• Balance banks at end of shift in accordance with variance policies and ensure compliance with Title 31 regulations.
• Issue FREEPLAY, adjust tier credits, and follow company policies for guest interactions.
• Coordinate with Casino Cage Manager on schedules, vacations, and attendance to ensure staffing.
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and support training and succession planning.
