Boyd Gaming Corporation in North Las Vegas is seeking a Cage Shift Manager to safeguard casino cage assets and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and gaming laws. You will conduct monetary transactions for customers, gaming departments and employees, and be trained in Cage, credit and Boyd Rewards Club operating functions.

You will supervise Player Services staff, monitor cash intake, and ensure accurate documentation while promoting the Boyd Rewards loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years Cage/Credit experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, push and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must obtain TAM card for Guest comping requirements.
• Must pass heightened background review.

Responsabilités

• Serve Player Services customers by cashing checks, exchanging gaming chips for currency, cashing checks, and processing markers and fills.
• Maintain balance and safeguard Player Services assets during assigned shift.
• Monitor and verify all cash intake.
• Monitor transactions and documentation to ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, procedures, and laws.
• Input, update, and access customer credit and other information via computer.
• Coordinate job duties of Players Services personnel; instruct in proper performance of job duties.
• Report and research any variance.
• Explain and promote the Boyd Rewards Loyalty Program.
• Assist with and have complete knowledge of special events and promotional activities to ensure optimal customer service.
