Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure and compute rates/percentages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods for meal service following the menu plan and Opaa! recipes.
• Set up serving lines and ensure proper temperatures and presentation.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist with prep for next day menus and batch cook to maintain quality.
• Keep work areas neat, stock up coolers, and support cash/food service tasks.
