Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking an adaptable kitchen helper to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings and assist with serving lines in our cafeteria.

You will participate in occasional catering and perform all kitchen roles as needed, while ensuring foods are held at correct temperatures and presented well to customers. Responsibilities include following recipes, batching, cleanliness, FIFO inventory, and HACCP-compliant records.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and meal patterns.
• Attention to safety and HACCP procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the set-up of serving lines daily and ensure proper food temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation per menu plan and Opaa! recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized work areas.
• Clean kitchen and cafeteria areas and dishes.
• Maintain FIFO inventory practices and clean storage areas.
• Monitor chemical usage and equipment in the dish area.
• Prepare baked goods as required and present to customers attractively.
• Batch cook to maintain quality and presentation.
• Set up serving/bar lines and ensure correct serving sizes and utensils.
• Provide quality presentation and hospitality to customers.
