Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is hiring for kitchen and cafeteria staff to prepare breakfast and/or lunch, assist with serving lines, and support occasional catering functions. You will perform multiple kitchen roles, maintain safety standards, and help keep areas clean and organized.

The position involves following menu plans, recipe standards, and HHFKA/CACFP guidelines while delivering quality presentations and hospitality to customers. Training and certification in equipment use are required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one-month related experience/education.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Mansioni

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and ensure foods held at correct temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and FIFO inventory.
• Assist in dishwashing area and manage proper sanitation.
