Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related experience a plus.
• Ability to read and follow menus and recipes, and to write simple notes.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain HACCP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and ensure correct food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; batch cook as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and practice FIFO.
• Handle cash register or POS as required and manage basic paperwork.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and participate in required training.
