Job summary

Top Pot is hiring a working supervisor to lead the café floor alongside the Café Manager and District Manager, ensuring a strong guest experience and smooth operations.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with lead experience who wants to grow while still working closely with the team on daily tasks.

You’ll help oversee opening and closing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily performance while keeping the friendly Top Pot spirit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of supervisory/lead experience (food/retail preferred).
• Hands-on leader who works with the team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm, problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead with a guest-first mindset to ensure great customer experiences.
• Guide team members during shifts and maintain strong communication.
• Support daily café operations: opening, closing, breaks, cash handling, shift execution.
• Manage product levels, ordering, waste, and inventory for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist scheduling, training, onboarding, and staffing with the Café Manager.
• Identify and solve operational hurdles in a fast-paced setting.
• Monitor daily sales, deposits, reporting, and tip distribution accurately.
• Communicate maintenance and facility needs proactively.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
