You will partner with the General Manager on local marketing initiatives, helping drive growth and uphold CC's renowned excellence in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a dynamic team, manage labor and scheduling, and ensure proper coverage.

• Conduct pre-shift meetings and prepare training materials to keep the team informed.
