Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Honolulu seeks a Cafe Supervisor to support daily cafe operations, ensure Guest satisfaction, and coach team members. You will coordinate with line, prep, dish, bar, servers and hosts to deliver a consistent, amplified guest experience while upholding Hard Rock standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in hospitality, English proficiency, and knowledge of POS/KDS systems; food and beverage certifications are required. This role is on-site and full-time.

Formación

• Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Knowledge of POS systems and service tech.
• Understanding of menu, beverage and retail knowledge.
• Food and alcohol certifications up to date.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist management with day-to-day cafe operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold service standards.
• Coordinate with departments to support timely delivery of orders.
• Coach staff to follow recipes and steps of service.
• Manage opening, swing, and closing duties and maintain cleanliness.
