Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Supervisory role with high volume exposure in a casual-themed, full-service restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food handling.
• Bartending experience preferred.
• Influencing training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cafe staff with day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction.
• Support cafe senior leadership in upholding brand standards and core values.
• Mentor and coach hourly staff to deliver Hard Rock customer service.
