Job summary

Colectivo Coffee is seeking a Café Shift Leader in Wisconsin to provide leadership under the Café Manager. You will drive a positive customer and team experience while upholding Colectivo’s Mission and Values in daily operations.

The role requires a business-related degree or equivalent hospitality supervisory experience, with availability for evenings/weekends. Wage includes tips, up to $21/hr, with a full-time, on-site schedule at the shop level.

Qualifications

• College degree in a business-related field.
• 6 months work experience in hospitality or supervisory role.
• Proficient with POS and computer programs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver café’s positive financial results in accordance to budget.
• Develop and maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement per SOPs.
• Train and develop co-workers for responsibilities of their jobs to ensure high performance.
• Delegate specific responsibilities using Café Functional Architecture Model.
• Ensure the café’s coffee, food and administrative functions provide a remarkable customer experience.
• Develop and maintain a positive and lively tone inviting to customers and co-workers.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
