• Helps to create and maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement that adheres to SOPs.
• Train and develop co-workers for the responsibilities of their jobs, ensuring performance.
• Delegate responsibilities using Café Functional Architecture Model.
• Ensures coffee, food and administrative functions provide a remarkable customer experience.
• Lead by example with a positive, inviting tone.
• Participates in long-term strategic planning of café.
