• Train and develop coworkers for performance in their roles.
• Delegate responsibilities using Café Functional Architecture Model.
• Ensure café operations meet financial and operational targets.
• Lead by example with a positive, inviting demeanor.
• Participate in long-term strategic planning for the café.
