Qualifications

• Proficient in POS systems and basic computer programs.
• Strong math skills for business usage.
• Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to shift between Colectivo locations within the market as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must read and write in English.
• Minimum 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver café’s financial results in line with budget.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement per SOPs.
• Train and develop co-workers to enhance performance.
• Delegate responsibilities using Colectivo’s Café Functional Architecture Model.
• Ensure coffee, food and admin functions provide a remarkable customer experience.
• Maintain a positive, inviting, and energetic tone for customers and staff.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning of the cafe.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
