Job summary

Colectivo Coffee Roasters is seeking a Café Shift Leader in Milwaukee to guide daily operations under the Café Manager's supervision. You will help deliver outstanding customer experiences and uphold Colectivo's standards across coffee, food, and service.

The role requires a college degree in business or related field and/or at least 6 months in hospitality supervision. Strong POS and computer skills, plus flexibility for evenings and weekends, are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in a business-related field is preferred or required.
• Minimum 6 months work experience in hospitality and/or supervisory role.
• Familiarity with basic mathematics for business use.

Responsibilities

• Lead café operations to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Ensure store meets budget and SOPs in daily tasks.
• Train and develop co-workers for their roles and performance.
• Delegate responsibilities using the Café Functional Architecture Model.
• Maintain a lively, inviting tone with customers and staff.
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
