Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, delivering a high-quality member experience and motivating staff to provide outstanding customer service.

You will monitor food quality and speed of service, manage light food prep, and lead the team to present menu items professionally while addressing member questions and concerns. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/AED and ServeSafe certifications, ability to lift 20 lbs, and availability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification due within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification due within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand and move around the cafe for prolonged periods.
• Night and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LifeCafe shift operations and adjust schedules based on traffic.
• Act as daily shift leader with high level customer and team support.
• Ensure menu items are prepared correctly and served professionally.
• Provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manage light food prep responsibilities.
• Respond promptly to member questions, comments, and concerns.
