Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Café is seeking Crew Members to support cafe operations with energetic hospitality and a positive atmosphere. You will interact with guests and fellow crew, delivering unparalleled hospitality while ensuring each station meets our brand standards.

You will complete Café Basics Training and Certified Trainer programs, train and coach teammates, and use tools to manage labor and inventory to keep the cafe running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Interacts with crew members and customers to create a positive atmosphere.

• Trains and coaches crew members to uphold brand standards.
• Uses tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory.
• Has completed the Café Basics Training Program and Certified Trainer Program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily cafe operations and guest service.
• Lead shifts and ensure standards across stations.
• Assist with stocking, ice refills, and opening/closing duties.
• Support labor and inventory management through appropriate tools.
