Qualifications

• Experienced Tropical Smoothie Cafe Crew Member.
• Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.
• Completed Café Basics Training Program and Certified Trainer Program.

Responsibilities

• Interact with crew members and customers to provide energetic service.
• Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality at every visit.
• Maintain proficiency across all cafe positions.
• Complete Café Basics and Certified Trainer programs.
• Train and coach crew during shifts.
• Ensure stations meet brand standards.
• Assist with labor management and inventory control.
• Perform any additional tasks to run the cafe.
