Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Florida seeks a friendly Lead Crew Member to uphold our brand of unparalleled hospitality. You will mentor crew, ensure standards across stations, and participate in ongoing training programs.

You will work in a fast-paced cafe, handle shift leadership, assist with inventory and labor management, and help deliver the Tropitude experience that customers expect.

Qualifications

• Experienced Tropical Smoothie Cafe Crew Member.
• Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with crew members and customers using “Tropitude” (Tropitude is our “mojo” and what makes Tropical Smoothie Café fun and different and means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere).
• Delivers ‘Unparalleled Hospitality’ to each customer that visits our cafe.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the cafe.
• Successfully completed the Café Basics Training Program and Certified Trainer Program.
• Ensures each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s standards.
• Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards are upheld.
• Uses tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe.
