Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a Crew Leader/Trainer to focus on daily Front of House operations during shifts. You will train crew members, ensure every station and staff meet brand standards, and help manage labor and inventory with the General Manager.

The role requires prior food service experience, willingness to obtain or hold a Serv Safe certification, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced cafe, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
