Job summary

Colectivo Coffee in Wisconsin seeks a Café Shift Leader to guide a team and deliver an exceptional guest and co-worker experience under the Café Manager's supervision. This role blends leadership with hands-on café operations, customer service, and adherence to SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have a college business-related degree or relevant hospitality supervisory experience, be proficient with POS systems, and be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Training programs are provided.

Qualifications

• College degree in a business-related field and/or at least 6 months hospitality supervisory experience.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic business software.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, bend and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• English reading/writing proficiency; completed Colectivo Café training programs – Register, SB, 300 level bar certification, New Hire Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver café’s financial results in line with budget.
• Develop and maintain accountability and continuous improvement per SOPs and processes.
• Train and develop co-workers for the responsibilities of their jobs, ensuring performance.
• Delegate specific responsibilities using Café Functional Architecture Model.
• Ensure café operations provide a remarkable customer experience with Colectivo’s people, products and environments.
• Maintain a positive, lively tone inviting to customers and co-workers.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
