• Manage daily cafe operations ensuring high food quality and service.
• Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Schedule team and backfill Barista role when needed.
• Assist Events team with planning and coordination of cafe items.
• Oversee inventory, vendor relations, ordering, and stock levels.
• Ensure health and safety regulations for food handling/prep.
• Comply with ABC rules and responsible alcohol handling/sales.
• Refine policies and procedures to boost efficiency.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment across departments.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Oversee performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Contribute to seasonal menu development aligned with branding.
• Monitor sales, costs, waste, and financial performance.
