Job summary

Wonderstate Coffee is seeking an Assistant Café Manager to support daily café operations and lead a high-performing team. You will balance customer service, staff development, and operational excellence to reflect our mission and values.

Key responsibilities include hiring and coaching, scheduling, and ensuring top-notch beverage quality and guest experiences. Weekend/holiday availability is required, with a focus on collaboration and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous café leadership experience preferred.
• Barista experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening, closing, cash management, and daily procedures.
• Lead day-to-day operations in partnership with the Café Manager.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members.
• Schedule and manage staffing in collaboration with the Café Manager.
• Foster a positive team culture and deliver exceptional customer hospitality.
