Qualifications

• Schedule flexibility including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• 2 years of management/leadership experience or college degree in culinary/business.
• Experience in food service operations and team leadership.
• ServSafe (or equivalent); Alcohol Safety Certification; CPR/AED within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the LifeCafe team in real time, modeling execution, pace, food quality, and hospitality standards.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including inventory, scheduling, payroll, and adherence to LifeCafe systems and policies.
• Manage food and labor costs, track performance metrics, and take action to meet financial goals.
