Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Operations Manager for the Café to lead daily culinary operations in the Columbus, OH area. You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure quality, safety, and timely service, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will coach teams, manage budgets and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver memorable experiences while upholding brand standards and compliance. This role is full-time and onsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in culinary/food service management preferred.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Café and supervise kitchen staff.
• Develop and implement culinary solutions to meet consumer needs.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and service standards are consistently met.
• Coach, mentor and develop associates to maximize performance.
• Manage budget, labor, and operational targets.
