Bath & Body Works in Columbus, OH is seeking a Manager of Store Strategy & Experience to partner with the Director of International Store Strategy & Experience. This role develops and maintains store operating resources for associates across international markets and leads the strategy for consistent operations of our global store fleet.

You will own the execution of international sales meetings, coordinate content and communications, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance the consumer

Formación

• Retail operations experience preferred.
• Experience turning insights into strategy and implementation.
• Proven ability to build rapport with business partners at multiple levels.
• Strong instructional design and project management skills.
• Willing to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of store operating resources for global partners.
• Identify operations support for new markets in their first year.
• Turn partner and field insights into strategies for a world-class consumer experience.
• Own execution of the International Sales Meetings and Global Partner Conference logistics.
• Coordinate content, logos, communications, contracts and agendas.
• Work with cross-functional partners on training vision and priorities.
• Gather field feedback to assess gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Cultivate collaboration to share best practices and drive innovation.
• Develop peak-season strategy with printed tools, eLearnings and manuals.
