Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking an Operations Manager for our cafe in Hawaii. You will manage budgeted P&L, lead a high-energy hourly team, and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Hard Rock standards.

You will partner with senior leadership to optimize labor, drive guest satisfaction, and implement learning programs that foster retention and career growth within a dynamic, brand-forward environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Operations Managerial role with high-volume cafe experience.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage a cafe budget and P&L.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English; multi-language a plus.
• Leads hourly staff and coaches for customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate financial comprehension of the cafe budget and P&L.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to develop hourly staff into brand ambassadors.
• Manage labor schedules aligned with budget and forecast models.
• Run a department/cost center successfully.
• Collaborate across departments to uphold brand standards and processes.
• Build a high-functioning hourly team aligned with cafe goals.
• Drive retail and guest interaction opportunities to grow sales.
• Ensure guest satisfaction meets brand standards and objectives.
• Engage with guests about music and brand experience.
• Attract and retain talented team members; set clear goals and review performance.
• Support staff development and career progression; lead learning programs.
