Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Operations Managerial role with high-volume restaurant experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on service.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen in a casual-full service setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cafe operations and maintain P&L discipline and budget adherence.
• Mentor hourly staff to deliver Hard Rock brand standards and guest service.
• Schedule labor in line with budgets and forecast models.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes.
• Drive guest satisfaction and upsell opportunities in the Rock Shop and cafe.
