Job summary

All Native Group, The Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc. seeks a full-time Café Manager to lead the FASTC cafe operations in Blackstone, VA.

You will oversee daily activities, ensure safety and contract compliance, and drive excellent customer service in a government setting. The role requires 10+ years in food service and 5+ years in management, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 10+ years experience in food service operations.
• 5+ years management experience in food service.
• Experience working in a government setting or with government contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and contract requirements.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and COGs; supervise and develop staff.
• Recruit, train, and mentor café staff; manage performance and conduct.
• Address customer needs, resolve complaints, and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure all team members adhere to food handling and safety guidelines.
