Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking a New Cafe Opening Manager to lead the NCO team and partner with franchise owners to ensure successful openings. You will train Owners/GM on core functions, oversee FOH/BOH training, and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety protocols.

You will travel nationally and possibly internationally to corporate and franchise locations, supporting openings with extended hours as needed and collaborating with NCO Production Managers to ensure smooth launches.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of restaurant or bakery café experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and the ability to train others in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the New Cafe Opening (NCO) team and be the main contact for openings.
• Train Franchise Owners and General Managers on management functions and operations.
• Ensure frontline and back-of-house training aligns with Paris Baguette standards.
• Calibrate equipment on site and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
• Collaborate with district and production managers to plan staffing and inventory.
