Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef and Assistant Room Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and equipment.
• Cook, fry, sauté, carve, broil, grill and steam meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.
• Keep kitchen area clean and stock cold items.
• Ensure the kitchen area and equipment are in good working order.
