Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Cook's Helper to assist the cooks in preparing recipes and food items per the Executive Chef’s requirements. You’ll help with prep, cooking across grill/fryer/oven, and ensure stations stay stocked and clean.

The role requires a minimum of two years of cook experience, fry cook experience, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. On-site position with standard part-time scheduling.

• Experience with POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks in preparing recipes and food items per Executive Chef’s requirements.
• Perform tasks in grill, fryer, broiler, oven and manage prep work.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and restock ingredients as needed.
• Follow safety and health codes and ensure all areas stay clean and debris-free.
