Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two+ years of restaurant experience with supervisory duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team development ability.
• Proficient with Excel; able to learn POS software.
• Must hold valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop café crew; drive sales while managing costs.
• Schedule staff and assign daily goals.
• Hire, train, and retain crew members.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor invoices.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Review Profit & Loss statements and manage payroll hours.
• Work 50–55+ hours/week; flexible start times.
