You will recruit, train, and develop crew members, supervise daily operations, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Current valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to read, understand and follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and mentor staff with progressive supervision.
• Recruits, interviews, hires and trains Crew Members.
• Drive shift with daily goals and clear direction.
• Maintain staff schedules and coverage.
• Oversee inventory, food prep and quality standards.
• Manage payroll hours and ensure timely submissions.
