DYNE Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager for Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Oklahoma. The GM will lead the cafe team, drive sales, manage food and labor costs, and ensure excellent customer service. Flexibility with hours and a focus on hospitality are essential.

You will recruit and train staff, monitor daily operations, and work toward strong P&L performance while maintaining brand standards and a positive work environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma.
• Two or more years of restaurant experience, including progressive supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage the cafe’s daily operations and staff.
